Rainbow’s End Farm

We have one acre of fall red raspberries for you to pick. They are maintained naturally, no pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. We use composted baby calf manure in the spring as fertilizer. Picking season begins mid-late August with the ‘Polana’ berry, it is on a shorter bush, great to get the kids picking, very tasty solid berry!

Labor day weekend begins the ‘Heritage’ & ‘Caroline’ berry picking, on nice tall bushes with plentiful berries! The season has been extending into early October the last 3 years. It takes a hard frost to end the season. You may pre-order picked berries also, call it in.

Chickens, calves, honeybees and miscellaneous farm adventures await you at the farm. Come and see us. You’ll have an enjoyable country experience! There is a basketball game and ‘life-size’ checkerboard for the kids, or the kid in all of us! For the 2009 season, we are making a concerted effort to increase our BRIX on the berrries and to challenge you to find out what that means for the picker/eater of the berries and our other fruits.

Will take pre-pick orders: $6 per quart
